I’m half-way through the P90X program and loving it! It’s super intense, but I enjoy and I know that I’m working hard. There is no guess work. Also I am keeping up with my diet and it has now become my permanent lifestyle. I sometimes will indulge myself in a little bit of cheese, or some bread, but I have it under control and always in moderation. I am so proud of myself, and have lost, (drum roll please) a total of 9.5 pounds! My goal is to be in the 120’s and look and feel great. I feel like I’m almost there and am truly happy! If anyone is in need of advice of motivation I am always here. <3
Im so proud of myself! I am on my way to becoming a P90X grad. It’s only week three but I haven’t missed a day. Consistency has always been a struggle for me, but I finally am sticking to it. I have completely changed my eating habits, and basically my lifestyle. I am not seeing results which frustrates me, but I won’t give up! If any one has any type of advice please let me know! I am worried that while I’m exercising, and while I’m recovery, my body might be breaking down muscle and not breaking down fat.
