kookoocrown: <3 Okay green tea is good yes, but why are you showing a green tea Frappucino from Starbucks? I work there, I know exactly what’s in there. Matcha powder, by Tazo. It’s sweetened to start with, then they use WHOLE milk. Then they add a sugar syrup! Sugar is horrible for when you’re trying to loss weight. Sugar spikes up your glucose level, and with that your body is expecting to use this energy but more often times that not you aren’t going to be workingout right after having this frap am I right? So what does your body do? Stores it as the fat that you are trying to “burn off” with the green tea! Come on people, look at the item as a whole, not “oooooooh 1/100 of this drink is green tea! Must be healthy! Wrong. Look at the whole picture, this drink even has whipped cream on the top and is a total whopping 370 calories for a small (tall)!

Animals like these belong in the wild, not serve as someone’s pet. Humans own nothing. We are animals, just the same.
